Do spare bulls produce sperm from super fathers?

A team of scientists from universities in Washington, Utah and Maryland in the Unites States and Scottish Edinburg announce a success in a “production” of bulls which could be used as so called “spare fathers”. These bulls are able to produce sperm, that don´t carry their own genetic charateristics, but characteristics of donor bull.

Crisis of health state of pine growth

Besides spruce affected by bark beetle calamity, also a health state of forests, where a significant woody species of common pine that belongs among our main economic woody species, has started to rapidly deteriorate in recent years. Trees donated by Lesy České republiky remind Christmas atmosphere with a smell of the forest to health professionals and covid patient in hospital beds already in tens of hospitals. Foresters distribute them in 80 hospitals that asked for 430 trees.
